December 18, 2020
- Officers responded to a report of a minor accident. A legally parked vehicle, registered to IAC Corp. of Des Moines, was struck in the 600 block of Warford Street sometime overnight, knocking off the driver’s side mirror.
- Officers responded to a report of theft in the 500 block of Grove Street. The case is under investigation.
December 19, 2020
- Officers responded to a report of theft of a trailer in the 2100 block of Third Street. The loss was estimated at $3,000. The trailer was later located and returned to owner.
- Esau Vasquez Guevara, 42, of Iowa City was arrested on a charge of providing false identification information.

- A 2012 Ford Escape, registered to and driven by Jolene Ann Welder of 1125 Herndon Rd., Bagley, collided with a 2010 Ford Edge, registered to and driven by Denise Teresa Koppenhaver of 1502 Otley Ave., Perry. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $2,800.
- A 2008 Subaru, registered to and driven by Maria Elena Mata of 710 18th St., Perry, collided with a 2007 Lexus, registered to and driven by Jeremy Tavarez Ciriaco of 2516 Perry Park Ave., Perry, No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $900.
- Nicole Lee Tonche-Rios, 37, of 2110 Fourth St., Perry, was arrested on charges of fifth-degree theft and possession drug paraphernaia.

- A 2017 Dodge Caravan, registered to and driven by Mary Ellen Murphy of 2519 Perry Park Ave., Perry, struck a sign in a parking lot. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $400.
- Officers responded to a report of theft in the 2400 block of McKinley Street. The case is under investigation.
- A 2000 Buick Park Avenue, registered to and driven by Tamara Suzanne Whitfield of 1313 W. Second St., Perry, collided with a legally parked 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix, registered to Tammy Lynn Hoffman of 1401 Sixth St., Perry. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $600.

- A 2007 Mitsubishi, registered to and driven by Tammy Kay Peel of 703 Fourth St., Perry, collided with a legally parked 2013 Volkswagen, registered to Alexis Katherine Johnson of 615 Washington St., Madrid. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $1,150.

- Patrick Dwayne Moore, 34, of 1415 Otley Ave., Perry, was arrested on charges of fifth-degree criminal mischief and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Emanuel Ernesto Cruz-Hernandez, 26, of 2801 First Ave., Perry, was arrested on charges of interference with official acts and public intoxication.
