  • A patrolling officer of the Perry Police Department discovered a street light was “burnt out.” The Perry Public Works Department and the utility company were notified.
  • A patrolling officer of the Perry Police Department removed debris from the roadway.
  • A caller requested to speak with an officer “about possibly serving a no-trespass order or no-contact order on her estranged husband.” The caller said the husband “moved to Perry from Florida so they can try and make their marriage work” but “now that things are not working out, he is constantly going over when she’s not home, taking pictures of the kids and complaining that she doesn’t keep clean.” The caller said “he lives about a block away from her and when her car is not home, he texts her to find out where she is.” An officer responded and “spoke with” the caller, “who admitted to every once in a while allowing him to come to her house.” The officer advised the caller “to call the police department when there are issues in the home because of him” and “suggested she speak with a lawyer.”
  • A caller said “she believes someone took” a bicycle “from where it was laying in front of the garage.” The caller said she “just wanted officers informed.” An officer was advised.
  • A 911 caller said “her ex-husband was just leaving after threatening her to call DHS on her.” An officer responded.

*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
