January 20, 2023
- Eduardo Garza, 26, of 410 S.E. Fourth St., Grimes, was arrested on a charge of third-offense possession of a controlled substance.
January 21, 2023
- Bradley John Little, age 28, 1714 York Ave., Yale, was arrested on a charge of first-offense OWI.
- Officers received a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle. The window was physically broken by a passenger. The case is under investigation.
- Officers responded to a report of an assault in the 1700 block of Otley Avenue. The case is under investigation.
January 22, 2023
- A legally parked 2021 Chevrolet, registered to Rosalino Ponce Reyes or Jamie Jo Bohner Ponce of 2722 McKinley St., Perry, was struck by a white sedan while parked in the 1100 block of Second Street. No damage was reported to the vehicle.
January 23, 2023
- Officers responded to a report of an assault in the 1800 block of Fourth Street. All okay, juvenile issue.
