- Juan Manuel Partida, 26, of 814 Eighth St., Boone, was arrested on charges of first-offense domestic assault with a weapon, going armed with intent, three counts of first-degree harassment, second-degree harassment and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Juan Luis Rocha, 53, of 1612 Willis Ave., Perry, was arrested on a charge of first-offense OWI.
- Jonathan Flores, 21, of 2101 Otley Ave., Perry, was arrested on a charge of driving while license is denied or revoked.
