- Shane Tyler Smith, 42, of no fixed abode was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of obstruction of a court order.
- Martin Torres Jr., 30, of 2732 Eastern Ave., Perry, was arrested on charges of second-degree criminal mischief, assault causing bodily injury or mental illness and obstruction of emergency communications.
