- A 2008 Toyota Camry, registered to and driven by Pamela Jean Haakma of 803 Third St., Perry, collided with a legally parked trailer near Sixth and Iowa streets. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $2,000.

- Michael Eugene Diggins, 60, of 709 Williams St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of first-offense domestic abuse assault.
- Shawn Daniel Dillinger, 49, of 2202 Evelyn St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of being a person ineligible to carry a weapon.
