  • A caller said her phone was stolen. She later called again and said her phone was found and returned.
  • A caller said a dog was running at large. An officer responded but did not find the dog.
  • A man entered the offices of the Perry Police Department at 908 Willis Ave. “with a key he found by his vehicle.” An officer responded.
  • A woman entered the offices of the Perry Police Department at 908 Willis Ave. with a dog she found running at large. The Humane Society of Perry was notified.

March 21, 2017

  • A woman entered the offices of the Perry Police Department at 908 Willis Ave. in order to speak with an officer about “her juvenile son,” who “is being a ‘rebel.'” An officer responded.
  • Matthew James Kilts, 36, 2014 Warford St., Perry, was arrested on a dallas County warrant for probation violation.
  • David Kenneth McAtee, 22, 2023 W. Second St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.

*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
