March 4, 2020
- The Perry Police Department received a report of a theft in the 600 block of North Street. The loss was estimated at $150.
- The Perry Police Department received a report of a theft in the 2900 block of Iowa Street. The loss was estimated at $100.
- A 2004 Ford Explorer, registered to Margarita Cuacuamoxtla of 1315 Otley Ave., Perry, and driven by Samir German of 619 Third St., Perry, collided with a 2007 Mazda CX7, registered to and driven by Giovani Ruiz-Vargas of 1811 Second St., Perry, at the intersection of Third and Estella streets. Ruiz-Vargas was issued a citation for no insurance, expired registration and failure to obey a yield sign. Total damages were estimated at $25,000.

- An officer responded to a report of a physical altercation in the 1200 block of 18th Street. The case is under investigation.
- An officer responded to a report of a theft in the 1300 block of Willis Avenue. The case is under investigation.
