- Officers received a report of an assault at the high school. The parties separated and removed from area.
- An officer responded to the 2900 block of Iowa Street on a truancy complaint. There was a communication error between a parent and the school.

- Bryan Jose Mayorga Quezada, 32, of 1405 Otley Ave., Perry, was arrested on a charge of driving while revoked.
- Brad James Smith, 48, of 54171 Buck Creek Road, Atlantic, Iowa, was arrested on a charge of with driving while barred.
- Joshua Abraham Solano, 28, of 300 N. Sixth St., Guthrie Center, was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine and interference with official acts and on a Guthrie County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge possession of a controlled substance-marijuana.

- A 2006 Kia, registered to Paul Douglas Brokaw of 1722 First Ave., Perry, and driven by Trey Matthew Hofbauer of 1722 First Ave., Perry, collided with a 2013 Honda, registered to Fernando Gonzalez Ruiz of 702 Fourth St., Perry, and driven by Maria Guadalupe Gonzalez-Ruiz of 702 Fourth St., Perry. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $5,000. Hofbauer was issued a citation for no driver’s license.
- James Anthony Farmer, 38, of 701 26th St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.
- Hunter Michael Anderson, 193 of 1120 Second St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of fourth-degree criminal mischief.
- A 16-year-old male from Perry was arrested on a charge of fourth-degree criminal mischief.
- A 15-year-old male from Perry was arrested on a charge of fourth-degree criminal mischief.

- Officers received a report of a theft in the 700 block of 26th St. The loss was estimated at $100.
- Officers received a report of an assault in the 800 block of Park Street. A report was completed.
