- Alan Michael Fisher, 19, 2415 McKinley St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of possession of alcohol underage.
- Bailey Nicole Lewis, 19, 533 S. Iowa St., Solon, Iowa, was arrested on a charge of possession of alcohol underage.
- Manuel Ochoa, 24, 1806 Fourth St., Perry, was arrested on charges of interference with official acts, carrying weapons and possession of drug paraphernalia.
