June 12, 2020
- Officers took a report of theft from the 700 block of Graceland Avenue. The loss was estimated at $200.
- Anne Sinzobakwira, 38, of 2801 First Ave., Perry, was arrested on charges of first-degree kidnapping and third-degree sexual abuse.
June 13, 2020
- Officers received a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle in the 800 block of William Street. The case is under investigation.
June 14, 2020
- Officers received a report of a verbal dispute in the 1500 block of Fifth Street. All were okay, and the situation calmed.
