A Perry woman was arrested Saturday on felony charges of kidnapping and rape.
Anne Sinzobakwira, 38, of Perry was charged with first-degree kidnapping and third-degree sexual abuse-forcible rape.
The Perry Police Department has not released any information about the alleged crimes.
Sinzobakwira was booked into the Dallas County Jail about 2:30 p.m. Saturday. She will be held without bond until making an initial appearance Sunday in Dallas County District Court.
Sinzobakwira was convicted of assault, third-degree harassment and reckless use of fire or explosives in 2019 in Dallas County District Court.
