A pickup truck and an SUV collided Thursday morning west of the Perry Municipal Airport on Iowa Highway 141.
No injuries were reported in the mishap, which occurred about 11:30 a.m. in the 15200 block of the state highway.
The pickup sustained front-end damage, and the SUV sustained driver’s side damage and narrowly avoided careening down a paved embankment.
The Perry Police Department, Perry First Responders and Perry Volunteer Fire Department responded.
