Starting Friday and lasting about one month, July 23, Quinlan Avenue (County Road R16) will be closed to through traffic between Iowa Highway 44 and County Road F31, the Dallas County Secondary Roads Department announced Friday.
The 4.5-mile stretch is undergoing pavement rehabilitation.
Access will be maintained for local residents only. Paving is expected to take three to four weeks, depending on weather.
