ADEL, Iowa — Power was lost across much of Adel about 10:15 a.m. Tuesday.
Utility workers with MidAmerican Energy were seen working at a substation in Adel, and authorities investigating the cause of the interruption to electrical service learned that repairs to a breaker are ongoing.
Brief outages might occur throughout the day, according to authorities.
