After spending several months in the 2200 block of McKinley Street, the city’s radar speed sign has been relocated to the 1400 block of First Avenue, where motorists in the southbound lane receive speed feedback.
The speed limit is 25 mph in the area.
The digital sign was first deployed by the Perry Police Department in June 2021 in the 2100 block of Iowa Street before being transferred to McKinley Street in September.
