Shots were reportedly fired shortly before 7 a.m. Wednesday at a residence on the Moran Curve south of Woodward.
Law enforcement authorities have not released any information on the incident at 15742 Tanner Lane, but radio traffic indicted at least one person sustained injuries at the residence near Iowa Highway 141 and T Avenue.
The Woodward First Responders, Woodward Volunteer Fire Department and Dallas County Sheriff’s office responded to the reported gunfire.
A nearby neighbor reported hearing “three little pops” at about the time of the reported shooting. “I was out here playing my drums and thought maybe somebody was pissed at me,” the neighbor said.
