An SUV left the roadway of Iowa Highway 144 (D Avenue) north of Perry in Boone County Sunday night and came to rest in the gore area.
No injuries were reported in the one-vehicle mishap in which airbags were deployed, according to public safety radio traffic.
The incident was reported about 10:30 p.m. in the 2200 block of D Avenue, where the northbound roadway curves westward toward Angus and becomes 325th Street.
The Perry Police Department, Perry First Responders, Perry Volunteer Fire Department and Boone County EMS responded.
