A vehicle left the roadway and struck the guard rail on the Beaver Creek bridge south of Bouton in the westbound lanes of Iowa Highway 141 Sunday about 11:15 p.m.
There were no injuries in the incident, which is under investigation by the Dallas County Sheriff’s office.
The SUV came to rest pointing eastward in the inside westbound lane and appeared to sustain significant front-end damage in the single-vision collision.
