“The SpongeBob Musical,” a 2016 musical based on the 1999 Nickelodeon animated television series, “SpongeBob SquarePants,” will be staged by the Perry High School Drama Department Friday, April 12 at 7 p.m., Saturday, April 13 at 7 p.m. and Sunday, April 14 at 2 p.m. at the Perry Performing Arts Center.
The PHS Drama Department pulls out all the stops in its spring musicals, and Theater Arts Director Randy Peterson said the quality of the singing, under the direction of Vocal Music Director Jenn Nelson, and the quality of the dancing, under the supervision of Choreographer Ashley Webb, promise a first-rate performance.
