The National Weather Service office in Des Moines has issued a tornado warning until 2 p.m. Tuesday for northeastern Dallas County.
A tornado was reported by law enforcement at 1:30 p.m. southeast of Dallas Center.
Tornado sirens are now sounding Perry. Seek immediate shelter.
