Johnson, Keokuk, Linn, Lucas, Madison, Mahaska, Marion, Marshall, Monroe, Polk, Poweshiek, Ringgold, Story, Tama, Taylor, Union, Van Buren, Wapello, Warren, Washington and Wayne.
