DES MOINES, Iowa — The Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH) was notified Thursday of 12 deaths from COVID-19, bringing the statewide total to 318. An additional 386 positive cases were reported for a total of 13,675 positive cases, including 755 in Dallas County.
