Two people were injured Saturday night when the vehicle they were traveling in left the roadway of Iowa Highway 141 near D Avenue south of Dawson and overturned.
The circumstances of the crash, which occurred about 9:15 p.m., are under investigation at this hour.
An air ambulance is en route to the scene from Des Moines at this hour, according to public safety radio traffic.
The Iowa State Patrol, Dallas County Sheriff’s office, Perry Police Department, Dallas County EMS and Perry Volunteer Fire Department responded.
