An Amber Alert was cancelled Tuesday morning after 4-month-old Rashaun Graves Jr., a 12-pound African-American male with a large dimple on his chin, was found.
The child was believed to have been abducted by Sarah Nagy Brown, 28, a white female, 5’10” and 150 pounds, with reddish-blonde hair and blue eyes. Brown was last seen wearing black pants and a blue sports bra, according to the Iowa Department of Public Safety.
The vehicle Brown was believed to be driving was described as a gray 2017 Nissan Sentra with Oregon plate 067JYL.
