Rashawn Porter of the Woodward Academy led off in the 4x200 this morning at the state track meet in Des Moines.

2:23: Perry’s 4×400 team of senior Marcus Meri, senior Scott James, sophomore Adan Medina and senior Keegan Pfau finishes with a time of 3:32.79.

1:08: The Woodward Academy 4×100 team of Antoine Scoggins, Terence Lewis, Jerome Matthew and Rashawn Porter advances to Saturday finals with a time of 44.06

12:36: The PHS distance medley team of senior Nic Wilhelmi, freshman Reece Dunlap, senior Scott James and senior Keegan Pfau places seventh with a time of 3:39.04.

12:04: The Woodward-Granger distance medley team of Chandler Cavanaugh, Tanner Vermaas, Cole Ashman and Johnnie Morgan finishes with a time of 3:41.94.

11:47: Woodward-Granger senior Abby Musser completes 400 hurdles in 1:05.44 seconds, setting a new school record. Musser finished third in the 400 hurdles last year in 1A competiton and takes third again this year in 2A. During her track career at Woodward-Granger, Musser has been a top-three finishing eight times.

11:24: Woodward-Granger senior Kaleb Noel takes ninth place in 400 hurdles in 55.76, a new W-G school record. He improved from 22nd seed to ninth.

10:25: In results in the 4×200, Woodward Academy’s Rashawn Porter, Jerome Matthew, Antoine Scoggins and Terence Lewis finish with time of 1:32.96.

10:07: Woodward-Granger senior Abby Musser completes 100 hurdles in 15.77 seconds. Musser is sixth seed in 100 hurdles Saturday.
