The officers made contact with the victim, who told the officers that Jones allegedly began “striking him in the face multiple times with a closed fist and an open hand” in the course of a domestic dispute, according to court records.

The officers observed on the victim “fresh-bloodied top and bottom lips, swollen right cheek with bruising and bruising along his forehead,” according to court records.

Jones “denied any allegations of abuse,” according to court records.
