Dallas County Deputy Sheriffs, officers of the Woodward Police Department and members of the Woodward Volunteer Fire Department are seeking a runaway from the Woodward Academy who was reportedly seen in the 100 block of N. Maple Avenue about 2:30 p.m. Wednesday.
The runaway is believed to be wearing dark clothing.
The youth reportedly fled this morning from the academy, which is housed on the ground of the Woodward Resource Center. Neither Sequel Youth Services, the for-profit company that operates the Woodward Academy, nor local law enforcement agencies alert the public on the occasion of flights from the campus.
