A wrong-way driver on Iowa Highway 141 caused a multi-vehicle collision south of Bouton Monday night.
Only minor injuries were reported, according to public safety radio traffic.
The collision occurred shortly before 7 p.m. in the 24500 block of Iowa Highway 141.
It appeared at least four vehicles were involved, with several coming to rest in the median with significant damage.
Field sobriety tests were seen being administered to a party at the scene.
The Perry Police Department, Perry First Responders, Dallas County Sheriff’s office, Bouton Volunteer Fire Department and Dallas County EMS responded.
