- David Wayne Jensen, 51, of 1302 Sycamore St., Dallas Center, was arrested at 104 14th St. in Dallas Center for public intoxication.
- Nathan Earl Eason, 36, of 5731 College Ave., Des Moines, was arrested at Laurel and 12th streets in Dallas Center for driving while license suspended, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a narcotic while in a correctional facility.
- Mary Proctor of 23338 330th St., Adel, reported the theft of two trail cams from her property.
- Jacob Emmert of West Des Moines was traveling west on Iowa Highway 44 when he did not see a vehicle driven by Ethan Walton of Waukee that was stopped and attempting to turn onto W Avenue. No injuries were reported. Damage to Walton’s vehicle estimated at $2,000, and damage to Emmert’s vehicle was estimated at $3,000. Emmert was issued a citation for failure to stop in assured clear distance.
