September 15, 2017

  • William Timothy Tucker, 56, of 22049 M Dr., Adel, was arrested at 801 Court St., Adel, for public intoxication.

September 16, 2017

  • Aaron David Mallicoat, 30, of 1908 Fourth St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of violation of a no-contact order.
  • Daniel Ralston of Ames was traveling north at 150th Street on Iowa Highway 141 when he attempted to make a left hand turn from the outside lane and failed to see a vehicle driven by Maureen Cahill of West Des Moines. Ralston’s vehicle struck Cahill’s vehicle, causing her to veer into the median and come to rest on the southbound outside lane of the roadway. No injuries were reported. Damage to Ralston’s vehicle was estimated at $5,500, and damage to Cahill’s vehicle was estimated at $2,500. Ralston was cited for unsafe turn or failure to give signal.
  • Krzysztof Sierakowski of West Palm Beach, Fla., was traveling near the 102 mile marker of U.S. Interstate 80 when his semi began to swerve and then entered the ditch. Sierakowski was taken to Mercy West Hospital by the Dallas County EMS.

September 17, 2017

  • Lyle Glenn Sanders of 1026 Clark St., Dexter, reported a violation of a protection order.
  • Corey Huet of Adel was traveling in the 20000 block of Old Highway 6 when his vehicle struck a deer. Both occupants of the vehicle were treated by Dallas County EMS with no further treatment needed. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $2,000.
  • Breelyn Holst of Madrid was traveling in the 13000 block of Iowa Highway 17 when her vehicle went onto the shoulder, and she lost control and went into the ditch. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $150.
  • Patricia Janine Palmer, 37, of 710 S.W. Ankeny Road, Ankeny, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of violation of a no-contact order.

September 18, 2017

  • Dionne Nicole Dibble, 31, of 2110 26th St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of prostitution.

*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
