- Curtis Gene Hoyt, 52, of 922 10th St., Perry, was arrested in the 23000 block of N Avenue for violation of a no-contact order.
- The Redfield Public Library at 1112 First St., Redfield, reported the bike rack at the library was stolen from their property.
- Sean Harrington, 24, of 518 N. State St., Madrid, was arrested on a warrant for violation of probation on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance.
- Ashley Bryant of Madrid was traveling west in the 25500 block of 130th Street when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $2,500.

- A. J. Immy, 21, of 4036 Hubbell Ave., Des Moines, was arrested at the intersection of 360th Street and N Avenue for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
September 24, 2017
- Jeffery Alan Snyder, 31, of 209 Fifth St., Adel, was arrested in the 24000 block of U.S. Highway 6 for OWI.
- Melina Brooke Callahan Lopez, 32, of 614 N. West St., Carroll, was arrested on a warrant for burglary.
- Daniel Green, 51, of 1803 Sycamore St., Granger, was arrested on a warrant for assault causing bodily injury.
