A four-man crew from Holbrook Excavating in Yale were busy at work Monday, digging far under the surface, careful to avoid other lines, to place the first sections of a new storm sewer pipe. Once in place, the new “outdoor plumbing” will carry rain runoff away from the street and adjoining properties.
