Brett’s Auto Body and Service LLC opened for business Dec. 1 at 904 Center St. in Perry, but it officially joined the ranks of Perry merchants Thursday when the Perry Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting in the 34,000-square-foot shop.
More than 20 Chamber members and local boosters plus one whimpering dog attended the opening ceremonies, sipping coffee and munching donuts and welcoming Brett Wuebker and Angie Carrick to the local commercial community.
Wuebker and Carrick will offer auto body repairs as well as a full line of automotive services at their business.
“We’ll do auto body plus all the services,” Wuebker said, “including wheels and tires, service diagnostics, tune-ups and oil changes, pretty much everything.”
Wuebker brings a wealth of experience to the new business, having worked for many years with his father, Jerome Wuebker, at Wuebker’s Auto Body and Service at 1102 W. Third St. in Perry.
