Raccoon River Conference All-Academic honors have been announced for both boys and girls golf and boys and girls track, and Perry athletes dot all four squads.
To earn the status, a student must earn a varsity letter, be in grades 10-12, and post a GPA of at least 3.25 on a 4.0 scale.
Perry boys golfers named All-Academic were Zach Darr and Dalton Scott, with Delaney Eiteman, Ainsley Marburger and Kennedy Tunink representing the Perry girls golfers.
Adam Kealhofer coaches the boys team and Joel Happel the girls squad.
Kaleb Olejniczak, Justin Stammer, Collin Malmberg, Hayden McFarland and Cole Snyder were the Bluejay track team members gaining the honor, with Stephanie Garcia, Lainey Thomason, Rylynn Gilmore, Sydney Helmers, Mary Ann Riesberg, Wendy Escalante, Lanie Fish, Cris Gomez, Bella Nath, Sandra Perez and Johanna Rodriguez, Jasmine Shriver, CIndy Troung, Kennedy Tunink and Quinn Whiton Jayette thinclads earning the status.
Ben Coy is the Bluejay head coach and Matt Hardy the Jayette head coach, with Ryan Marzen, Jeff Fox and Paige Wilkin assisting.
In addition to individual honors, both the Jayette golfers and Jayette track team earned IGHSAU Distinguished Academic Achievement awards for having a cumulative team GPA of 3.25-4.0.
