  • ADM School District in Adel reported a theft from a vehicle in the 800 block of Nile Kinnick Drive S. The item was estimated at $800.
  • Heidi Campbell of Adel reported vandalism in the 1800 block of Horse n Buggy Drive. Damages were estimated at $50.
  • Robert Anderson of Adel reported vandalism in the 1800 block of Horse n Buggy Drive. Damages were estimated at $50.
  • Michael Lee Osborne, 24, of 2829 S.E. Second St., Des Moines, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while barred.
  • ADM Middle School in Adel reported a theft in the 800 block of Nile Kinnick Drive S. The items were estimated at $40.

  • Larry McCorkel of Adel reported a scam in the 600 block of S. 12th Street. Nothing was taken.
  • Jeremy James Frame, 21, of 320 Nile Kinnick Dr. N., Adel, was arrested for public intoxication, interference with official acts and assault on a peace officer.

  • Eric Wayne Stonehocker, 41, of 1411 Penoach St., Adel, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Eric Wayne Stonehocker, 41, of 1411 Penoach St., Adel, was arrested on a Dallas County warrant on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance.

October 30, 2020

  • Kum and Go of Adel reported shoplifting in the 400 block of Nile Kinnick Drive S. The item was estimated at $21.
  • Christopher Kapler of Adel reported a scam in the 24700 block of Quail Avenue. The items were estimated at $16,000.

October 31, 2020

  • A vehicle, driven by Bradley Quam of Adel, was traveling eastbound in the 24000 block of 288th Trail when a vehicle, driven by Tyler Sutherland of Winterset, backed up and struck Quam’s vehicle. No injuries were reported. Damages were estimated at $1,050.
  • A vehicle, driven by Robert Walters of Waukee, was traveling southbound in the 300 block of Nile Kinnick Drive S. when a vehicle, driven by Josiah Anderson of Adel, pulled out of a parking lot in front of Walters’ vehicle. No injuries were reported. Damages were estimated at $5,500.
