The Hispanics United for Perry (HUP) annual ¡Viva Perry! Latino Festival began Saturday morning with a parade down Willis Avenue and will continue all day in Pattee Park.
Food vendors and other booths will be set up in the park along with an area for children’s activities. The event is free and open to the public.
