- Matthew W. Mahl, 47, of 114 N.E. Fourth St., Panora, was arrested on a warrant for second-offense OWI.
- Robert L. Wooldridge, 35, of 1808 N. Lincoln St., Knoxville, was arrested on warrants for third-degree theft and fourth-degree theft.
