- Dominic Dittman of West Des Moines was traveling east on 240th Street when his vehicle was struck by a vehicle driven by Barbara Devick of Dallas Center, who attempted to cross the intersection from the stop sign on W Avenue and struck Dittman’s vehicle. Devick was transported to Iowa Methodist Hospital for medical treatment. Damage to Dittman’s vehicle estimated at $8,000, and damage to Devick’s vehicle was estimated at $8,000.
*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
