- Michael H. Elsey, 67, of 5812 Oak St., Berwick, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.
- Kelsea C. Swope, 32, of 16205 320th Way, Earlham, was arrested on a warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Emelio Cosimo of Des Moines was traveling northbound on Wendover Avenue when he lost control of his vehicle, which entered the ditch and overturned. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $20,000.
