- Alex B. Plant, 24, of 415 Chestnut Ridge, Spring Grove, Illinois, was arrested at the 105 mile marker of U.S. Interstate 80 for possession of a controlled substance, speeding and failure to provide proof of financial liability.
- Jake Tyler Englebert, 26, of 2019 E Washington Ave., Madison, Wisconsin, was arrested at the 105 mile marker of U.S. Interstate 80 for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
