- Brody Morrison of Earlham was traveling in the 32000 block of N Avenue when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $3,500.
- Kevin Cooper, 41, of 590 N.E. Wolfson Lane, Waukee, was arrested for violation of a no-contact order.
- Jose Rodriguez, 34, of 2617 Warford St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Jereme Messner, 37, of 1911 Fifth St., Perry, was arrested for failure to appear in a fraud case.
