- Jordan Gabriel of Woodward was traveling eastbound in the 23000 block of 215th Street when she lost control of the vehicle, which rolled one time and came to rest upright in the ditch. The driver was transported to Mercy One Medical Center in Des Moines by the Dallas County EMS.

- Nealey Powers, 43, of 9005 Bridgewood Blvd., West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
- Benjamin Cahall, 39, of 1415 Otley Ave., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
- Jackie Dimmler, 39, of 808 Philip St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for driving while license denied, suspended, cancelled or revoked and fifth-degree theft.
- Matthew Thomas, 31, of 2400 Hickman Road, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for assault causing bodily injury.
