- Erin Yacinich of Adel was traveling westbound in the 31000 block of Iowa Highway 44 when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $5,000.
- Victor Zamudio Soto of Des Moines was traveling westbound in the 31000 block of Ute Avenue when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $4,000. Zamudio Soto was issued a citation for no valid driver’s license and failure to provide proof of financial liability.
