Former Perry superintendent of schools turned itinerant songster Doc McCaulley will play a concert Thursday at 7 p.m. in the Cellar of La Poste.
Inclement weather postponed the show, which was originally scheduled for Jan. 11.
McCaulley performs a Christian music ministry for churches across Iowa, but he sometimes visits secular venues.
A keyboardist and vocalist since his college days, McCaulley’s program promises to be a fast-paced, family-friendly romp through many popular standards and a sprinkling of original material.
