Temperatures in the 20s Saturday morning did not deter a good crowd from attending this fall’s final Bouton Betterment Committee’s fundraising pancake breakfast.
The cooking staff cracked more than 400 eggs and served more than 40 pounds of pork sausage during the three-hour event.
The fundraising breakfasts help finance equipment for the fire department and improvements in the city’s streets. The Bouton breakfasts will resume in the spring.
