  • A deputy investigated an alarm in the 500 block of 16th Street in Grand Junction.
  • A deputy investigated a burning complaint in the 500 block of Main Street in Scranton.
  • A deputy investigated a vehicle theft in the 1200 block of L Avenue.
  • A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 700 block of 220th Street in Scranton.
  • A deputy investigated an illegal digging complaint in the 300 block of 150th Street.
  • A deputy arrested Ronald Becker, 48, of Carroll on arrest warrants for driving while barred and eluding. Becker was booked into the Greene County Jail.
  • A deputy investigated a theft in the 400 block of Sand Street in Churdan.
  • A deputy investigated a trespass complaint in the 2200 block of 270th Street.
  • A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 700 block of 220th Street.
  • A deputy investigated an alarm in the 2000 block of 305th Street.
  • A deputy investigated a driving complaint on U Avenue near Grand Junction.
  • A deputy investigated a car vs tractor accident on V Avenue and 330th Street. Patrick Kennedy, 34, of Jefferson was traveling north on V Avenue in a 2000 Oldsmobile Alero and rear-ended an International Farmall tractor driven by Curt Muir, 48, of Rippey that was turning into a field drive. Damege to Kennedy’s vehicle was estimated at $3,000, and damage to Muir’s tractor was estimated at $1,000. There were no citations issued, and no injuries were reported.
  • A deputy investigated an illegal dumping of chemicals into a pond in the 1600 block of 235th Street. The DNR is taking over the investigation.
  • A deputy investigated a burning complaint in the 500 block of Main Street in Scranton.

*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
