Perry senior cager Victoria Hegstrom has been named to the 2016 Academic All-State Girls Basketball team by the Iowa Girls Coaches Association.
The IGCA Academic All-State team honorees are seniors with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.75 and a minimum ACT score of 27 or SAT score of 1200.
This is the second such honor for Hegstrom this school year, as she was also named to the 2015 volleyball Academic All-State team.
