11 days to go
I was very happy this morning! The scenario I like best happened: weight up, body fat percentage down and muscle percentage up! Now I’m only .3 percent away from body fat percentage goal, and I have reached my muscle percentage goal! With 11 days to go, it only makes sense to go for more muscle. And I hope to meet the body fat percentage goal by next Thursday.
Two workouts today: AM I went to track and did two miles. It was not an intense fartleck. I ran the straightaways eight times.
PM: At rec. Leg Day
Elliptical warm-up: 10 minutes
Rear lunge with glute lift 20lbs DB X 15 X 3
Single Leg ext 15lbs X 15
20lbs X 12
25lbs X 10
Leg Press 180lbs X 10 X 2
Plié Squats with 20lbs.KB X 15 with 30 sec hold on last rep X 2
Squat jumps on bosu
Loop band: adductions and abductions
Today I ate:
PB sandwich
Almonds and banana
Tuna with miracle whip and relish
And I had 14 low fat chips
Protein shake after lifting
1 beef burger with the bun
6 grapes, 2 black raspberries, 6 pieces of a watermelon, 12 slices of strawberries, 5 blueberries
I may have had too many carbs to maintain my bodyfat % I had today on the scale. Guess I will find out tomorrow! Hopefully the work-out was hard enough to keep the body fat where it’s at and increase the muscle!
