J Avenue will be closed south of County Road F51 (280th Street) for culvert replacement beginning at 8 a.m. Monday, June 3, the Dallas County Secondary Roads Department announced Monday.
The road is expected to reopen by 5 p.m. Monday, weather permitting, the county said.
